Please take a moment to review the following information

Consultation

I offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation (on the phone), so you can get a sense of whether we are a good fit. It will also give me an opportunity to determine if I am the best therapist to be able to help you. In the event that we are not a good match, I can connect you with another practitioner to serve your needs.

Intake

During our first session, we will address your presenting problem(s) and collect a thorough background of your history, so that I can best understand your problem areas in the context of who you are. We will also conduct an assessment of your current symptoms, address provisional diagnoses (if applicable), discuss potential treatment goals, and develop a tentative treatment plan with recommendations for therapy duration and frequency.

Rates

Intake Evaluation: $220
Individual Session: $185 (50 min)
Couples Session: $185 (50 min)
Fees can vary depending on location of services (for example, home visits). I offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments for therapy based on financial need.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. The only time I will waive this fee is in the event of serious or contagious illness or emergency. I accept cancellation notices via text, telephone, and email.

Payment

Cash, Credit Card or check accepted for payment at the end of each session.

Insurance

I am a participating provider of Medicare and an out-of-network provider for most PPO insurance plans. Many insurance policies provide benefits that reimburse a portion of the cost of services provided by out-of-network providers. If you choose to use your out-of-network health benefits, I provide the necessary paperwork for you to be reimbursed by your insurance. Please call your insurance provider to determine your out-of-network coverage.
